I started Taco Bell 5 years ago as a naive young adult who had no work experience. I quickly began to climb the ladder of management due to my consistency and determination to succeed at my role. By the first year of my employment I was a salaried member of management, and had set my eyes on the goal of becoming a store manager. I spent the next couple years learning all skills necessary to run an efficient restaurant. In 2019-2020 as a first assistant I was a member of the only store in our area, of a couple hundred stores to score a perfect score card for the year. Shortly after I was offered to take over the current store I am employed at. After excelling in the position of store manager I was transferred over to my second store which does $20,000 more in sales a week than my previous store. I am currently running one of the top 3 busiest stores in my district, and am looking for the next step in my career life.
