Leading the Community Relations Bureau in building relationships with the citizens of Akron and working with citizens to solve persistent neighborhood issues. Educating citizens on the mission of the police department. Writing and creating policies and procedures, coordinating recruiting and hiring of new employees, instructing in academy and in-service training, and overseeing mobile field force team operations.
