Interviewing and hiring potential canidates.

Responsible for maintaining monthly budget and verifing work orders are completed properly and on time to meet Corporate KPI’s.

Training new employees and keeping current employees compliant on education and procedures. Assisting engineers with work load when needed. Maintaining supplies for daily operations.

Performing same duties as an operating engineer.

Duties include but not limited to, maintaining and repairing plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems. Painting and drywall repairs for two facilities.

Completing assigned work orders in a timely manner along with any emergencies that may arise. This to include on call rotation. Performed building security.
