• Highlight Project: Deputy PM for a PFAS removal study that conducted a 12-month long pilot at five locations in and around the City of Peoria: the 20-mgd City of Peoria Main Station WTP. Pilot study involved procurement, installation and operation of granular activated carbon (GAC) ion exchange (IX) columns. Tasks also include full scale implementation conceptual designs and cost estimates.
• Maintained schedules to meet key milestones at every project phase.
• Developed and implemented project plans and budgets to ensure successful execution.

Senior Project Manager responsible for study, design and construction of major water and wastewater projects throughout Illinois.

• Team Leader (EEI) for portion of the $750M Joliet Alternative Water Supply Project. Conceptual and preliminary design of portion of 66-inch diameter transmission from from City of Chicago to City of Joliet. Team Leader for portion of City of Joliet related Capital Improvements projects, preliminary and final design of a new 500K gallon elevated storage tower, a PRV station, a 20 MGD delivery station with metering station and 8 MG ground storage tanks and a 12 MGD booster station with two standpipes.

Senior Project Manager responsible for design and construction of major water and wastewater facilities throughout Chicagoland. Department Manager directly responsible for +5 engineers supervision and workload. Led major project teams with +10 staff across various disciplines and departments (structural, HVAC, electrical and IT, CMMS, etc)

• Developed project plans and managed project scope using methodologies to guide projects from conceptualization to implementation and maintenance.
• Developed comprehensive project plans, identifying risks and mitigation strategies for timely completion.

Managed administration, capital projects and operations for a municipal sanitary district with 20 staff serving 24,000 people with a 12 MGD WWTP and over 250 miles of sewer. Worked closely with surrounding municipalities and the IEPA.
