· IT program manager of the largest rebranding effort in US Retail History (Total Cost $500MM) migrating Texaco locations to the Shell brand and the debranding of the Texaco locations under the Shell umbrella.
· Project Manager responsibility for the $20MM effort to convert 7000 Shell location's EPOS systems to the internal Shell Credit Card Tandem from an outside third-party network in six months.
· Instrumental in providing a $1MM cost savings enabling the project to be under budget and on time.
