This firm had a brand new ETF that they were marketing to big Institutional Clients. They needed my Principle's license to help them run the firm.

I started my career in Oct. of 1982. The firm was Troster Singer Stevens and Rocthchild/ Spear Leeds and Kellogg. We were bought by Goldman Sachs in Oct. of 2000. I left Goldman in 2003.

My wall street career has span over 40 years. I have manged departments of 30 people. Traveled the world. Trained personal.

In the last 10 years I have built multiple spec houses and my own personal homes. I understand roofing worked with Infinity Roofing for 2 years. Throughout my life I have renovated dozens of homes. My knowledge of building and refurbishing has been something I have done most of my life.

Also for many years I was a landlord, helping to maintained my family's properties.
