Successfully implemented a system to track labor hours per part number and update quoted hours to ensure accurate customer billing. Performed time studies to accurately determine overall averages of each operation sequence. Worked closely with MFE team on projects to improve workflow and aid production.

• Solved a large variety of electrical and mechanical issues ranging from all makes and models. At Marc's Master Mechanics all technicians were in charge of their own service writing and parts ordering. I am grateful to have learned many practical skills that I will be taking to my next employer.

• Working at Inwesco I learned many applications of automation and process engineering. Working closely with my plant manager and welding leads I assisted in updating welding processes, jig designs for welding robots, and training personnel. My typical daily responsibilities consisted of orienting parts in complex welding jigs, ensuring proper fitment according to blueprints, reprogramming points for proper weld alignment, weld repair, and quality control.

• My primary role at this company was to fabricate window frames for x-ray rooms. The process consisted of sorting parts cut from our fiber laser, bending parts with the Armada RG100, punching channels with the 20 ton Walsh punch press, welding, and finishing. It was here where I learned how to operate industrial saws, cnc and manual presses, mills, lathes, advanced fixturing for welding, and finish work.
