At Hedrick I loaded trucks in the pit and kept up with my cycle times and pass time on trucks , I maintained berms and pushed off shots for driller and made sure that I set myself up to always have shots on the ground to load from and from there I was moved to plant and jaw where I learned and managed over both prymary plant and secondary plant this pretty much set the tone to what I wanted to do and that’s move up as far as I can in this career
