Starting at Kmart in 2010 I was a customer service associate working on the sales floor assisting customers finding products, offloading delivery trucks, stocking shelves with product. Shortly after starting I was promoted to Housewares Dept Lead where I oversaw the Housewares Department where my duties included assisting customers, maintaining adequate stock of products, building displays for maximum sales, and ensuring product pricing and other signage was highly visible at all times.
I was then eventually promoted to Pricing Lead where my primary duty was to make sure that product pricing, sales signs, and promotional signage throughout the entire store was correct and up to date. I worked closely with my coworkers as a team to achieve this on a daily basis.
