Setup and operate belt trimmers and Baim machines(machines to check tolerances ,lengths,widths,and condition of belts in final inspect area) .As a tech i would supply all the Baim operators with belts from the press area ,assist the packer throughout the day(packing,sleeving,and and tying the belts to be shipped and assist with anything the operators needed(calling maintenance, assisting with trimming to help with quota wherever needed. After shift i would log all Baim operators paperwork into the office computer and file throughout the week. Large drum repair is not repairing the steel drum it is adding rubber to the drum , putting the finished drums in the large and small cooking pots with overhead hoist, using a lath grinder, grinding to the spec sheets specs.

Operated MIG welder, welding tops and bottoms of pressure vessels to the shells using overhead hoist and press the top and bottoms to the shell, tac weld and send to round seam. Operated several grinders(grinding, polishing,sanding) welds,slag,ect.
