My responsibilities vary from day to day because I work in a variety of different roles but I mostly handle food. Most days I prepare the food on plates and handle food presentation, other days I cook the food either frying, grilling, or broiling dozens of different meats, and vegetables. Sometimes I also assist in managerial duties by acting as interim manager for a period of time or by handling specific duties that the designated manager has chosen to entrust to me for that day.
