Communicating daily with home builders and recently-moved in homeowners regarding any repairs needed in homes under warranty. This often involves dealing with some upset and angry people.
Scheduling electrical service appointments with homeowners and customer service representatives, and sending scheduled appointments to the service electricians each night.
Dealing with any electrical emergencies that may come up during the work day, and contacting the electrical superintendents and service electricians in the field to take care of.

Working with CETA representatives and the high school directors in the areas I cover to get all the show and performance information.
Scheduling judges for each show in my area, and replacing or rescheduling judges as needed. Occasionally, having to step in for a judge, if necessary.
