University at Buffalo Graduate Project: Analysis on Backflow Through a Pipe Nov 2023 - Nov 2023

• The professor gave the dimension of a pipe and that the pipe had three inlets and one exit. The assignment was to determine if our group could achieve mesh independence for the geometry and then run three separate case files on Ansys Fluent using the different inlets in order to determine if there was backflow and other aspects of the flow.

• The semester long project was to design and model a plane from scratch based on a mission criterion that me and my assigned group created. Our mission was based on the increasing geopolitical pressure in the pacific region and protecting a specific geographical area. We then designed a 3D model of a plane that would be carrying anti-ship missiles.
