- Commissioning/Start-up & Maintenance
- Assign in LNG plant consists of two trains and a huge Utility plant unit.
- Leading team during plant turn around shutdown of LNG trains and the main job is to handle the overhauling critical rotating equipment such as gas compressors and gas turbines.
- Work with the vendors for Hot gas path turbine inspection, removal and installation of combustion liners, inspection of compressor and turbine blades, IGV, replacement of bearing and seals.
- Carry out hands-on jobs in workshops for overhauling of pumps, blowers, valves and fit back all mechanical parts
- Assign rotating equipment machines for removal and installation and conduct alignments.
- Remove & install gearboxes and did repairs.
- Adherent safety, by following permit to work system, lock out tagout procedures.
- Work on confined spaces for tanks, pressure vessels, agitators and mixers for internal repairs.
- Carry out repair and replacements of hydraulic pressurize hoses/systems in loading arms, pipeworks in process line and proper handling of flange management.
- Perform PM and CM jobs as required in plant maintenance schedule.
