Reduce downtime for machines by implementing design changes to limit the breakdowns and PM time to a minimum. Completely revamped the inventory system to create a user friendly layout of the storeroom. Work with the mechanics to make determinations on the next step of the repair system for machinery and work with the maintenance manager directly to make sound decisions on new equipment as well as spare parts system for said equipment. Build machine BOMS for spare parts to be readily found. Help establish SOP's based on experience to assist teams such as QA, Safety as a committee person and the engineers for solutions to design needs with vendors.
