From a childhood in the restaurant business, to the world of live event production, both large and small, I am an asset to a company in need of someone who can think on their feet and problem solve on the fly. I excel at seeing a project or goal from beginning to end, planning its needs, execution, and resolution, including looking for potential problems and having answers ready before the questions start.
I strive to foster a positive team climate through mentoring staff in order to promote their growth and by engaging all members of my team; soliciting their feedback, allowing them to explore their ideas, and providing a structure that encourages them to try, and to learn. Further, when there is a goal to complete, my team does it with good humor in the face of pressure.
I have managed event teams around the country from Las Vegas to New York City, Orlando to Boston. I have had the benefit of executing large corporate meetings and trade show booths for companies such as CVS, Staples, Harley Davidson and PAX, with some of the hardest working people around, in a grueling industry.
I grew up working every position in my family’s small tourist town restaurant and I have spent my life serving and helping customers from all walks of life. I really understand that each person contributes, and I enjoy finding out how everyone can help.
