Rain checks will be issued for inclement weather only, and will be issued at the sole discretion of Blue Marsh Outdoors. Rain Checks are good for one calendar year., I understand and accept that I will not receive a voucher for any reason other than inclement weather and under no circumstances will receive a refund., I understand that I will receive a rental contract via email and that this contract needs to be completed prior to the start of my rental period, as stated on my booking invoice., I recognize that if I am not on time for my rental, the time specified on my booking invoice, that I will be charged a $100.00 Re-delivery fee. I understand that if I am late, I will be subject to the next available drop-off time that Blue Marsh Outdoors has, if any. I also accept that any rental time lost due to my lateness is in no way the responsibility of Blue Marsh Outdoors.
