I'm hardworking, eager to learn and grow as well as open and honestly prefer to be productively criticized to help me become better.
I'm not easily put off, and am persistent whenever I truly get it in my head to do something.
I take a great deal of pride in my work and am accountable for when I fall short seeing as no one is to blame for something I was unable to accomplish myself.
I've worked since I was 18 and I am now 23, at no point since my first job have I gone without work for more than maybe a week, and I would hope my undying desire and eagerness to stay in work leaves a good impression on those who have read through everything.
My Magnum Opus of work history right here two years and seven months.
I did just about everything in the deli besides the backend things such as ordering, printing tags, paperwork etc; All the grunt work really is what I did.
I worked slicers, serving customers, kitchen which involved breading chicken, prepping rotisseries, sandwiches, wings, saucing wings, ensured customers were able to save as much money with the best available options for a deal.
I trained various people, had to effectively be a pseudo manager as a result of management not having any sort of direct involvement with the department during nights.
As a result I had to break up pointless arguing, attempt to make sure that people weren't treated harshly for no reason other than just not being the best despite doing their best.
I worked many of nights where we were severely understaffed while still maintaining an acceptable production and clock-out time as well as cleanliness.
Although it wasn't the best place to work, it definitely allowed me to grow and truly get a feel for what im capable of as well as making me a considerably more patient individual.
Wendy's equivalent of what I did at Mc'Donalds
Grill + Fryers primarily alone, although I did help wherever needed there due to a bit of staffing issues.
Nothing really notable here
Grill + Fryers primarily alone on nightshift.
I worked in the deli on closing shift, worked both on the customer service and the kitchen side.
Nothing of notable mention aside from being able to accomplish tasks without going over time even with understaffing.
Fairly self explanatory really, quite honestly just washed dishes and that's about it, made did my best to make sure they never ran out even during the busiest hours.
I worked night's, manned the grill and fryers alone both at the same time, occasionally helped on the prep table albeit I was slower on it than I personally would've liked.
Eventually though management did bring me onto mornings and I did that the majority of the time til my last day, I can't say I remember the timeframe that I had changed shifts though.
Dedication and care for proper handling and cooking of food
A great sense of importance on cleanliness
A great sense of urgency
A massive desire for working efficiently
Rather good time management
And I'd say honestly amazing customer service and patience with even unruly customers
