Accomplishments

Design, fabricate, install and operate several Hall thruster beam vector measurement systems in large vacuum testing facilities

Design, build, operate and optimize Hall thruster test stands that measure thrust in vacuum chambers using high tech sensors including dozens of rotary and linear piezo actuators.

Design, fabricate and manage hundreds of important research investigations in an aerospace lab. Some of these feature hall thrusters, thermionic cathode testing and development, chemical rockets, plasma characterizations, RF circuits, and controls

Held my Mass. Blasting Certificate for 10 years which enabled my employer to conduct R & D in this Field.

Conduct experiments for several government agencies including investigations involving rockets at edwards AFB and At Wright-Patterson AFB.

Conducted training at Wright-Pratt on installation

and operation of ion beam thrust stand operation

Installed and operated Metal and alumina Thermal spray systems

Installed, repaired and operated Dozens of Aerospace rated Vacuum chambers for R&D and for production.

Designed and built a multiple thruster array test facility for satellites that are currently in orbit.

I hold US patent for a novel catalyst bed inside a monopropellant rocket currently in production.

I have been involved in R&D and manufacturing facilities from medical device production at Osmonics to all facets of aerospace related work at Busek.
