  • Mr. Hardwick held a Chevron Owner's rep as Commissioning / Start-Up Manager for the Brownfield portion of the project assigned to manage the transition from a bulk construction execution to a completion-based execution driven by sub-system priority start-up sequence. This role has made him responsible for the developing work processes for livening up notices, MC dossiers, TCPs for handover, line cleaning procedures, site commissioning procedures for package equipment, dynamic commissioning procedures, MOC close out, and PSSR readiness protocols needed for facility start-up.
