Relatively extensive wine knowledge with many different brands, vast liquor knowledge, and always willing to learn more. Natural leader when needed, but reluctant to step into the position too quickly.

Beyond that I've been willing to sacrifice my own gain for the sake of the staff while making sure my guests have the best experience the can have.
