As Facilities Supervisor I assist the Facilities Manager in managing all aspects of the physical plant, grounds, and maintaining of the buildings. I work within, update and implement an extensive predictive and preventive maintenance program. I help over see 11 subordinates insuring work is completed in a timely manner. I stay up to date on TJC, CHIQ, SDS, OSHA, NFPA, ADA, Life Safety, CMS, State and Federal regulation and as new regulations come out, I work it implement code changes that affect the hospital. I work with other engineers, architects, contractors, all trades, and any other AHJ to plan the implementation of changes to our facility, and work with them on any additional projects they might be doing at our facility. I hold a CHFM certification (ASHE), electrical license, High pressure boiler license, Physical Environment Worker certification (ASHE) and an underground fuel storage tank license. as well as many certificates related to construction and maintenance. as well as being a member of AAHE.

As Director of Plant and Facilities, I am responsible for all aspects of the physical plant, grounds, and the building itself. I am also the director of Maintenance, Emergency Preparedness, Safety, Security, and Risk Management, I also oversee EVS, IT, and Dietary as well as being the Facilities lock smith. During my time at Levi Hospital, I have rehabbed 2 floors of the building to bring it within all codes for a Psychiatric Facility, installed new chillers and made many other improvements to the HVAC systems. I have updated and implemented an extensive predictive and preventive maintenance program since coming to Levi. I order and keep all inventory for all my departments. Keep all policy and procedure manuals up to date and submit changes for approval as needed. I keep each department up to date on all CHIQ, SDS, OSHA, NFPA, ADA, Life Safety, CMS, State and Federal regulation and as new regulations come out, I work with engineers, architects, contractors, all trades, and any other AHJ to plan the implementation of changes to our facility, I work closely with our CEO, CFO, and COO on budgeting for upcoming projects and any bidding processes. As well as working with all other departments heads on implementation of updated policies and procedures. I track and monitor all equipment pertaining to the facilities through CMMS software which allows me to track the maintenance, costs, and life span of our equipment to plan for capital improvements. I am also a working Director I don't mind training employees and helping them further their education. I hold a CHFM certification (ASHE), electrical license, High pressure boiler license, Physical Environment Worker certification (ASHE) and an underground fuel storage tank license. as well as many certificates related to construction and maintenance.

As a Class A Technician my responsibilities include.

Troubleshooting and repairing a multitude of different types of equipment such as fans, motors, drives, pumps, electrical circuits, data and communications equipment, programming , and many other types of equipment. I also work with servo, electric , hydraulic, gas, and air motors. I complete a multitude of different PM's on many different types of equipment and when broken of worn parts are found I am responsible for looking up the parts so my supervisor can order the parts needed. We have over 400 pieces of equipment onsite I am required to work on all of them as needed I must read the blue prints when needed and make changes to them if a piece of equipment is updated or a wiring change has been made. I have training in our lock out tag out and I am a first aid first responder. Working overtime and staying or to complete a time sensitive tasks is no problem and has been required at most jobs I have had
