- Project Manager/Crew Chief/Lead Drafter: Topographic and utility survey for The County of Otsego IDA for redevelopment of ~180 acres of Oneonta Rail Yards for construction of a vehicular bridge for site access as well as extension of utility infrastructure and site roadways.
- Project Manager/Crew Chief/Lead Drafter: Boundary, topographic and utility survey for the City of Gloversville Water Tank, Water main Improvement. The survey of the Water Main Improvement includes approximately 3,000 LF of roadway, as well as a Certified boundary survey of the Eagle Street Water Tank property.
- Project Manager/Crew Chief/Lead Drafter: Boundary topographic and utility survey for the Village of Coxsackie, Wastewater Collection System service area, forcemain and gravity sewer extension and replacement. The topographic and utility survey of includes ~2,000 LF for 12” forcemain extension, and ~2,080 LF of gravity sewer as well as a full boundary and topographic survey of the Village of Coxsackie Wastewater Treatment Plant.
- Project Manager/Crew Chief/Lead Drafter: Topographic and utility survey for the City of Cohoes Stormwater Improvements. Corridor survey included Columbia Street, Central Avenue, Sandusky Street, Newark Street and St. Rita Lane -approx. 4,500 LF (Arcadis- 2016).
- Project Manager/Crew Chief/Lead Drafter-Pre-design surveys for numerous bridge rehab/replacement projects including but not limited to the following: CR21 Bridge over the Kayderosseras-Saratoga County, Francis St Bridge over I-890-Schenectady County, CR6 Bridge over the Hatchbrook-Hamilton County, SR29 Bridge over the Cayadutta-Fulton County

This project involved close coordination with Airport Operations and Control Tower Operations to ensure safety, quality and production requirements were met. - I-87 “Twin Bridges” over the Mohawk River - superstructure and substructure bridge replacements/improvements. Work was performed continuously on weekends with the aid of a crossover and required both NB & SB lanes to be opened Monday mornings.
- I-90 - Dunn Memorial Bridge eastbound to Exit 11 mill & fill paving including on and off ramps.
- I-89 (Vermont) NB & SB bridges over the White River - superstructure and substructure bridge replacements/improvements. Crossovers were utilized for the construction season for this 2 yr. project.
- I-89 (Vermont) NB & SB - mill & fill paving for a total of 22 miles near Montpelier and Barre.
- NYS Route 44/55 – replacement of (3) bridges along this corridor between New Paltz and Kerhonkson.
- Inspector acting for TDE - multiple municipal projects for the Town of Guilderland, City of Menands & Saratoga County Sewer District No. 1.

- FedEx Ground Hub Facility
- Responsible for the initial boundary/topographic/utility survey of the 70± acres former Albany International Corporation. Land was subsequently conveyed to Federal Express for design of their new hub at this location. Provided the client construction layout and an As-Built survey of record upon completion.

- As Survey Crew Chief, provided monthly and/or quarterly stockpile inventory volumes for 10 years for submittal to the federal government as required under the Dodd-Frank Act of 2008. Subject stockpiles included coal, clinker, bauxite, gypsum, iron, fly ash and aggregates from their quarry.
- Additionally contracted as Survey Crew Chief to perform yearly topographic surveys of Cement Kiln Dust (C.K.D.) landfill “D” for the purpose of monitoring its growth and maintaining proper environmental pollution control measures. Occasional topographic surveys of the other closed landfills performed for monitoring purposes.
