Since joining this company, I've seized numerous opportunities for both professional and personal growth. Within just 5 months of assuming the role of a Restaurant General Manager (RGM), I achieved the distinction of becoming the first certified Market Training Store in our market. This accomplishment not only expanded my responsibilities beyond the standard RGM duties of scheduling and inventory management but also placed me at the forefront of training all new RGMs and shift leads in our area. Additionally, I actively contribute to other market training programs. Presently, I lead three monthly classes for all managers in our market, covering diverse topics ranging from labor scheduling to maximizing transactions and enhancing the overall customer experience. My primary focus in this role is on the development and engagement of my team in the business. As a result, our store consistently excels in the market, earning top-performing status and achieving top-level ratings in corporate audits.
In my role within a sales-oriented position, my primary goal was to drive successful closures. Throughout
my tenure, I honed a diverse skill set crucial for enhancing a company's sales performance. To surpass
industry standards, I learned the importance of not solely focusing on service quality but also on ensuring

During my tenure at Cook Out, I commenced as a dedicated employee during my senior year of high school. Remarkably, within a year, I ascended to a management role and, subsequently, achieved the position of operator at a Greenville, SC location. In this pivotal role, I undertook diverse responsibilities encompassing sales promotion, inventory management, staffing, food cost, and labor management, as well as overseeing employee and assistant manager schedules. Notably, my leadership contributed to my store securing the top position company-wide, comprising 275 stores at the time, and experiencing a significant uptick in sales. Subsequently, I was strategically relocated to various locations to aid in boosting sales. My final assignment involved taking over a Greenville, SC store that had been grappling with declining sales for years. Assuming control in October 2019, by the end of 2020, I successfully orchestrated a remarkable sales surge of over 20% for the entire year.
