Accomplishments

I have been and continue to be called upon to support and oversee inside sales at my current employer. The first time was due to company restructuring when they needed to cover a supervisory role. The other times that I have worked in sales, was during the Corona Virus Pandemic in order cover of affected representatives and service their accounts. An additional time was due to the need to take over a key customer account due to the sudden retirement of prior representative. I was able to maintain the account, train another existing representative on managing the key customer in order to maintain the customers trust and confidence in fulfilling their orders.
