I have been in body buiding for over 30 plus years training and instructing on the body of it self and teaching other how to build and train as a competitor and just being in shape currently I am at pro-motion here in the yakima valley and I love it

Hi my name is Christopher Kimble and I am from Yakima Washington the Palm Springs of Washington but we don't have any palm tree's but our hearts are as big as they are. To tell you a little bit about myself I love people and friends and family , I will go the extra block or mile or give the shirt off my back to help someone in need.
