Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients via remote access, in person, over phone and through e-mails accurately and efficiently. Set up, install, test and configure networks, desktops, laptops, printers, motherboards, processors, RAM, hard drives, graphics cards and Lcds screens. Responsible for drawing setup, drafting of grading, and drainage and erosion control plan sets along with details. Created and set up plans for river bank erosion control and river gradient facility on the Sacramento and American Rivers showing plan views including aerial photos, cross sections, and details. Other tasks performed include: computer hardware and software upgrades and networking for three offices, assist in purchasing of new computers, hardware and software, nightly and full system backups of network and on all local machines, and care of all e-mail software and accounts.
