“Eye on the Sky” Meteorologist and Science Educator

  • A multifaceted position which includes writing, recording, producing, and delivering daily weather forecasts to four different radio stations including Vermont Public (Vermont Public Radio).
  • Responsible for a forecast area that includes Vermont, New Hampshire, Northern New York, Eastern Townships of Quebec, and the Berkshires of Massachusetts.
  • Responsible for taking weather observations at one of the longest standing sites in the nation.
  • Responsible for teaching K-12 students about various Earth science topics as well as deliver shows in the only planetarium in Northern Vermont.
  • Write forecasts for three different Vermont newspapers as well as uploaded content online.
