Duties included day-to-day operations of quality control and maintenance of cannabis.

Preparation of whole cannabis plants, bucking, and preparing for trimming.

• General trimming and removal of contaminated or non-consumable products.

Quality control of products for the packaging and manufacturing of all cannabis products (Pre-Rolls, Vaporizer Cartridges, Edibles, etc.).

• Consistent cleaning of the workspace and area between strains/types to prevent cross-contamination, as well as end-of-day cleaning to ensure health and safety.

• Preparation of unused products, processing as "waste." This included logging in various places to ensure consistency and transparency.

• Duties included handling day to day management operations

• Counting/Resetting registers for the next business day
• Exchanging deposits/ money orders with Bank Transportation
• Handling customer Returns/ Exchanges of products
• Preparing product with Compliance labels

• General maintenance of Dutchie product profiles for customers
• Daily Shifts also included Sales Floor/ Fulfillment time
• Helping Customers find products to purchase
• Verifying and selling Online 'Pre-Orders'
• Making change/Cash Drops for Sales Associates
• Preparing Online and In-Store orders in Fulfillment
• Activating products for sale and arranging inventory

• Duties included handling day to day maintenance and care of approximately 1000 plants in my assigned grow bay.
• Life cycle of weeks 2 - end.
• Daily cleaning of our grow bay, as well as tables and irrigation system.
• Plant observation, feeding cycles and nutrient mixes for different weeks of grow cycle.
• Programing of feeding cycles via PC.
• Daily plant trimming, examining of light or water deficiencies or overages.
• Setting up and breaking down tables after each cycle.
• Cleaning irrigation lines & changing with each new plant cycle.
• Disposing of plant waste at end of each day.
• Using METRC to create and distribute proper waste tags.

• Duties included servicing and repairing a variety of Fire/Burglar Alarm models throughout Berkshire County, Upstate New York, and Vermont.
• Initial programming and configuration of newly installed systems.
• Pre-wiring buildings with low voltage wire for certain installations.
• Access control systems are programmed and installed in a similar fashion.
• While not in the field, handling customer phone calls and paperwork in the office is also done.
• Generating proposals for new systems and communicating with distributors to order product.
• Paying general utility bills via QuickBooks.
• Balancing business accounts.
• Generating and sending invoices to customers.
• Processing customer payments.

• Duties include helping customers find shoes and accessories.
• Stocking shelves, organizing, cleaning.
• 'Key holder'/ sales lead duties include management as well.
• Closing registers at the end of night as well as opening the next day, processing orders to be shipped out as well as tracking and processing any shipments coming in.
