I became a father back in 2014 and that has been my biggest motivation in life. To always work hard to provide and help her grow.
My current position of work I was first to be initiated into their advanced leadership program. I understand what I do there very well. I’m very comfortable leading and have lead for for the last 9 years in my bosses absences.
MET Associated: As a MET I assist The Home Depot in setting new product from the vendors, maintaining store readiness appearance and customer assistance when needed. A big part of my position there is resetting bays to new vendor standards, constructing new structures to house product and building lighting displays. I am also my bosses back-up and run the team in his absence.
Rotational Guard: In that position I checked in employees for the USX Tower in Pittsburgh. And held off a protest or two in my time there. A big part of that position was becoming a people’s person and building relationships with the employees/executives that worked in the building. Truly helped understand what was going on in such a large building.
Mailer: As a mailer I did everything from operate/fixing the stacking, bander and insert machines. Operated forklift and electric hand-jack machines. Also making sure to get the right pallets to the correct routes for delivery.
Some highlights to my skills are my organizational skills I’m also able to improvise and work well under pressure I can lead and have no problem falling back and assisting in anything else to assure all areas of operation are moving consistently I’m easy to get along with
