Accomplishments

Was able bring peace and harmony to four violent and disfunctional prison facilities, while assigned. this would be acomplished by very a simple rules of thumb. I would manage by example with the treatment of all with dignity, respect, fairness, and quality of standards for staff and inmates alike.
