• Being a member of Building Trades Laborers Local #77 New Jersey for past 17 yrs. experienced all aspects of commercial building construction from demolition to cleanup. Worked along with electricians, plumbers, carpenters, painters, bricklayers, tile setters etc. Some of the projects, the demo/reno tower at Caesars Atlantic City, build pediatric wing at Shore Memorial Hospital w/TN Ward, Golden Nugget Atlantic City reno/build of all restaurants w/Mase Inc, Pennsylvania Ave school build w/TN Ward in Atlantic City. Build of Scores 36,000 sq ft, 38mil. entertainment complex in the Taj Mahal & Borgata Bake Co w/KHS&S. Hard Rock Atlantic City renovation w/TN Ward. All projects I was involved with I was either working shop steward and/or foreman.

• Worked well independently and on a team to solve problems. Maintain a safe and healthy workplace for employees. Responsible for all aspects of daily operations. All recieving for both outlets. Maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, carpentry to performing meticulous cosmetic repairs, tile, sheetrock, taping and painting. Performed/ scheduled preventive maintenance, contractors, present estimates/costs and advised owner of there best interest. At the reopen at Hard Rock I was solely responsible for restoring both outlets up to code and obtaining all city approvals. Maintained professional working relationship with Hard Rock and facilities dept.

• I was the working labor foreman for Hard Rock Atlantic City tower renovation. Worked with all trades, demolition to final cleaning.

• I was the working labor shop steward for KHS&S for the Scores build at Taj Mahal Atlantic City. Stayed with company for build of Sweets & Eats at Borgata AC until completion.

Work experience 10yrs prior to joining union was mainly construction related, from manual labor, operator, to supervisor in underground utilities as sub for Verizon and Comcast. Surveying complete system rebuild of S. Jersey to maintaining Atlantic City underground to complete rebuild of North Carolina Ave for CRDA. I was the weigh master for site work for Borgata and Tunnel project. Supervisor for methane gas venting system at Borgata and Marina Energy duct bank. Foreman at APG plant for WaterClub and Harrah's tower project glass.
