Projects

Title: Symphonies

Description:

  • A 3D game development project where I started with a limited engine where it gave the ability to render and draw entities to the screen, but that was all. The goal was to have a game that was working and actually playable.

Role:

  • As this was a class project, I was the only one working on it at any given point.

Skills Used:

  • C Programming Language
  • Vulkan
  • SDL

Achievements:

  • I was able to finish many of the deliverables I was assigned while working on the project as well as I was able to learn more and flesh out my skill in the C Programming Language. I did get a high grade on the assignments each time when it came to completing the required deliverables on time.

Title: Completionist

Description:

  • An application a group and I developed during one of my classes where it was meant to be a mobile Android Application that helped users complete day-to-day tasks by creating a game out of it. Each time you would complete a task you would get coins in order to customize your avatar.

Role:

  • Front-End
  • Back-End

Skills Used:

  • Kotlin
  • Firebase
  • SQL

Achievements:

  • My group and I were able to get the project finished on time and I worked on creating a couple of features. I worked on creating a local database in order to store all of the tasks that a user wanted to keep track of. I also created the page that would create the tasks to be put into this database and I created the page that would show all of these tasks on screen. I was even able to get the tasks sorted by date and they would still persist even after changing the date and going back.
