I was in ambassador to the conversion of the rickers stores to get go. We were responsible for training everyone from district leaders to team members on every aspect of the store. Our main focus was the kitchen. This included the conversion process during construction. We also converted computer systems and help them with all of our systems such as par levels and ordering processes. We taught classes for all and did Hands-On training for all.
