JLL Well-being liason for Dallas, LERN BRG, DFW Culture Committee, Safety Committee

As Well-being Champion for DFW area, committee leader, coordinate on-site Wellness events and provide newsletters with wellness information. Recruit for the committee and get the building involved with outside wellness events like run/walks. LERN BRG is another platform I am proud to be a part of that inspires and promotes Latin Empowerment Resource Networks that provides many avenues for career development and advancement. DFW Culture Committee is being part of something that is bigger than me and is very important in life. This provides opportunities to volunteer and serve within the DFW community and create fund raising events. As a member of a safety committee, we discuss several ways to maintain a high level of safety and security through the offices from updated SOPs to assigning fire marshalls and preparing the building for evacuations.
