- While working with Bechtel I performed hydro-static and pneumatic testing on piping systems. I built supports, installed hangers, and fabricated up screw pipe for utility station (plant water and plant air). After hurricane Harvey our team was the ones who used the high pressured jet-stream pressure washer with 12,000 psi to clean all the foreign debris out of the piping caused by the flood that could effect the plants product after installation. I also performed pre-commissioning, they made our crew the blow down team which our task was to perform rupture blows and throttle blows on piping to insure they were all free of any foreign bodies of debris inside the piping systems. I also did a lot of confine space to go into vessels to remove all grinding dust and any other trash and debris that didn't belong. I installed 3/4" pipe to 60" pipe in the rack and on the ground, performed a lot of bolt up on flanges, while removing and installing blinds, spacers, and valves.

- I fabricated a lot of detailed supports for piping in the rack, installed guides, stops, and hangers for pipe support. I also prep and fit a lot of pipes, did tie ins on cold boxes, helped millwrights install pumps on compressors, and performed hot oil flushes with millwrights. I built base plates and installed using hilty drill to make holes for installation. Worked with the testing crew doing hydro and pneumatic test, used hydrolic torque machine to torque flange to set ft pounds and perform lots of restoration before start up.
