  • Appointed as the program's first-ever Head Coach.
  • Responsible for building roster, setting and moving forward program vision, aligning said vision with the institution's mission statement and culture while creating a holistically focused environment for student-athletes to thrive in all facets of their education.
  • Successfully recruited a first-year roster of twenty-six student-athletes from eight states (NY, MN, MI, WI, FL, MA, PA, NH) with academic scholarship and minimal need-based financial aid.
  • More specific responsibilities include overseeing a quarter million dollar budget, building game schedule, ordering equipment/apparel, creating the school's practice schedule, practice logistics, individual and team video, leading the hiring process for assistant coaches and overseeing academic and personal progress of student-athletes.
  • Provide ethical modeling and mentoring for all student-athletes and coaches within the program while also communicating often and well with the college's Athletic Director.
  • Led inaugural team to 19-5-2 record and second place finish in United Collegiate Hockey Conference.
  • Recruited and developed six post season award winning student-athletes, fourteen Dean's List student-athletes and earned 2019 UCHC Coach of the Year honors.

  • The 2020-2021 team finished 8-2 during COVID season and earned a spot in the UCHC championship game in only our third year of existence.
  • The 2021-2022 team finished 27-2 and ranked #4 in the country while earning UCHC regular season and playoff championships.

  • Seven student-athletes received postseason accolades while earning second UCHC Coach of the Year award in four years.

  • Responsible for building a first year hockey and boarding school program for elite level female players from across the United States and internationally.
  • Successfully recruited a full complement of twenty student-athletes between December 2015 and October 2016, followed by an additional twenty to field a second team for September 2017.
  • Recruited teams amassed 131-43-16 overall record in program's first two years of existence, with a #6 and #2 finish nationally for 2017 and 2018, respectively.
  • Developed and/or placed eighteen NCAA Division I commitments, five USA Hockey Top 66 (National Program) tryout participants and four USA National Team (U18) players during that time.
  • Recruited and/or developed United States Olympian Caroline Harvey, United States National Team member Laila Edwards, 2021 NCAA National Freshman of the Year Kiara Zanon and professional player Sydney Bard (Boston Fleet).
  • Recent Princeton graduate, Mia Coene, also played on those teams.
  • Served as first ever Head Coach in 2016-2017 and led the program to a 51-11-7 record and #6 national ranking during inaugural year.
  • Planned and oversaw all facets of the hockey program, including but not restricted to creating program vision, recruiting, culture setting, practice planning, game planning, video analysis, conducting individual player meetings, supporting the hiring process for assistant coaches, mentoring assistant coaches and overseeing academic and personal progress of student-athletes.
  • Other major duties involved leading and building the school's boarding program.
  • Responsible for setting residential program vision, creating and maintaining residential life culture, training dorm parents, handling parent concerns, creating the residence program's emergency response plan, initiating the school's new Administrator on Duty program, building the school's first faculty advisor program, establishing a relationship with a local pediatric group and taking part in disciplinary conversations.
