• Supervise the preparation, execution, and progress of HVAC, Electrical, and Plant Maintenance work. Direct the prompt execution of emergency work. Effectively create work plans and schedules for up to 27 direct reports. Work with Facilities Management to establish plans and goals for my groups.

• Responsibilities: Oversee HVAC projects, working closely with the engineering department. Repair and maintain a variety of commercial and industrial HVAC equipment and specialized refrigeration test equipment. Communicate effectively with customers and supervisors to ensure their expectations are met.

• Duties include scheduling, service, repair, and troubleshooting of residential/commercial heating, air-conditioning and refrigeration systems. Supervisory experience managing five employees and additional subcontractors in a professional manner.
