Accomplishments

  • Supervised team of 2000 members in shooting courses managing and maintaining the qualifications.
  • Achieved better log tracing by introducing E-log (electronic logging) for daily maintenance logging tasks.
  • Fork lifted over 1 million dollars worth of gear to secure it for a hurricanes and moved it all back so the units could be mission capable as soon as possible.
  • As a fire arms instructor i ran over 500 ranges qualifying over 2000 members in 5 different small arms and 9 different firing courses keeping 50 units mission and law enforcement capable.
  • i assisted the navy in developing a better E-log system to tailor it to coast guard needs by beta testing it and reporting errors or issues and possible solutions to them resulting in a new updated system for the coast guard.
