- Achieved cost savings through reformulating some of the Tier A SKUs that will fall between $500-800k while still improving the overall quality of the products.
- Developed processes with vendors to allow for inventory to be sent directly from the vendor to Amazon which allowed for the removal of an additional shipment to the 3PL and avoidance of extra touches.
- Created and coordinated the implementation of over 75% of the products to be packaged in an inner case as well as a master case to allow for additional flexibility for shipping to retailers.
- Supported the sourcing, development, and transition of Natural Dog Company’s internal warehouse to a 3PL.
- Implemented a completely new ERP system transition (NetSuite to NetSuite) as well as a new inventory database (ShipHero) for integration with the 3PL.
- Updated SKU nomenclature to allow for an entirely new part number naming system that allowed for cohesion and clarity on each product regarding its category, product type, grade of product, and size.
- Worked with a 3rd party designer to update and rolled out an entirely new branding and labeling look for the brand for enhanced visual of the product which has tied to increase in sales.

- Doosan’s production target was met per the plan in2020 with no modifications or adjustments regardless of Covid-19 impacts.
- Cost negotiations and supplier development also led to the product cost for the year being lower than the year’s target and marked the lowest product cost in the history of the product.
