Communication Skills

I have immense experience in programming POS systems, including, Micros, Aloha, and Tabit. Excellent wine knowledge having worked closely with experienced Sommeliers. Great communication skills, and a great liaison between BOH and FOH. Trained in food safety protocols, and responsible serving of alcohol. Experience with updating electronic wine lists, inventory systems, payroll systems, and budgeting/P&L tracking.
