I had HVAC contractor certification, swimming pool certification for management, maintenance, and operation, electrical certification, and many skill sets in plumbing and general contracting

Those were early in my career, and I moved into sales, both inside and outside, and customer service, managing a call center and participating in taking care of customers who needed extra care or had complaints to resolve them

Most of my career has been in sales, communication on the phone and in person, business to customer, and business to business. I have sold over 1,100 HVAC maintenance contracts and several proposals for the installation of different trades, maintenance, and service

After the companies were sold, I continued with communication and sales, which is what I enjoy, and I also provide training for those who are newer in the industry to help them succeed
