• Promoted solidarity and cooperation among unions to strengthen collective bargaining power.
• Served on a local committee of union locals, facilitated by the Washington State Labor Council 2016-2020.

• Served on the PSESO Executive Board since 2016, holding positions as Treasurer, Vice President, and President.
• Advocated for PSE staff in collective bargaining, grievance resolution, member engagement, and organizational administration.
• Provided strategic leadership and direction, ensuring the effective representation and support of union members.

Pride Foundation Columbia Basin Steering Committee (2005-2009)

• Dedicated member, later appointed as a part-time contracted employee (2009–2010).
• Spearheaded fundraising efforts to secure grants and enhance visibility for rural grassroots LGBTIQA organizations in Eastern Washington.
• Collaborated with the Pride Foundation Scholarship Committee to identify and award scholarships to deserving LGBTQIA+ students across the Columbia Basin Region.

Kennewick School District (1998-2015) Custodial (1998-2011)

• Maintained K-12 facilities, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
• Communicated effectively with students, parents, and staff to address facility needs.
• Operated floor buffers, pressure washers, carpet cleaners, vacuums, ladders, snow blowers, and leaf blowers safely.
• Swept, mopped, and vacuumed floors; cleaned bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas; emptied trash cans, and disposed of waste appropriately.
• Assisted with special projects related to custodial care, as assigned by supervisors or managers.
  

Grounds Maintenance (2012–2015)

• Maintained walkways, driveways, and parking lots by removing snow, ice, and other obstructions.
• Operated mowers, tractors, and other equipment safely.
• Assisted in the development of a district-wide, network-controlled irrigation system.
• Responsible for integrated pest and weed management, and MDS compliance.
• Ensured the upkeep of outdoor areas, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment.
