  • As a Solutions Architect 2 at TPx I supported a team of over 10 Sales Representatives at any given time
  • I supported a mix of Direct Reps, Channel Reps and Large Account Base Reps
  • My role included conducting customer meetings both in person and remote, product demonstrations, Data Center tours, and I conducted monthly product training and updates to the team I supported
  • Additionally, I was tasked with conducting product specific training to the sales team company wide
  • Most of the success that I have enjoyed as a Solutions Architect stems from my ability to communicate complex network designs and concepts to those who may not be familiar with networking and to make them comfortable in making decisions based on a better understanding of what is being presented

  • My primary role as a Solutions Architect 1 is to field calls that come into the Solutions Architect Hotline
  • The calls vary from product specific questions, customer demonstrations as well as discovery calls
  • Through this position I have developed strong relationships with the Sales Reps that I support as well as Sales Management
  • Effective communication with customers and vendors is vital to the position that I maintain
  • Required to maintain UCx / MSx Certification through monthly training
  • Working as a Solutions Architect 1 has enabled me to gain key knowledge into the TPx product set which is ever-evolving as well as knowledge of UC, SD-WAN and the rest of our product offerings as an MSP

  • As a Project Engineer I act as single point of contact to manage customer service orders both new and existing
  • Responsible for communications with the customer and customer's vendors through the entire order process to ensure that the service is turned up accurately and in a timely manner
  • Within the role of Project Engineer I am responsible for maintaining multiple customer accounts and providing order status updates to the customer
  • During the order process it is my duty to track the delivery of circuits for the order and to schedule any necessary technician visits.
