• Provide Business Aviation Aircraft Support Services for Coporate Flight Departments including but not limited to:
• -Post-Flight Inspections
• -AOG Troubleshooting and Maintenance Services

• Maintain three Gulfstream aircraft (two G550 and one G280).
• Troubleshoot and repair aircraft as problems arise.
• Perform Post-Flight Inspections.
• Travel with aircraft to the manufacturer to oversee scheduled inspections.
• Manage JSSI (tip-to-tail) and RR Corporate Care (Enhanced) contracts.
• Manage Aircraft Detailing (Outside Contractors detail aircraft).

Airframe

• Flight controls removal and install.
• Rigging and troubleshooting of flight controls and systems.
• Servicing and operational checks of aircraft systems; landing gear, tires, brakes, hydraulic reservoirs, crew oxygen, and hydraulic accumulators.
• Fueling/defueling.
• Rat servicing, troubleshooting, and operational checks.
• Perform Interior/Airframe Modifications, Airworthiness Directives, and Service Bulletins.
• Perform routine long term and short term aircraft storage packages.

Powerplant

• Fan blade replacement, replot, and lube on GE CF34-10E engine.
• Remove and Install powerplant LRU's on GE CF34-10E engine.
• CF34-10E and CF34-8E Engine Removal and Install.
• Engine preservation and depreservation.

Avionics

• Flight Control Return To Service.
• Continuity checks.
• LRU replacements.

• Experienced with removal, repair, installation, servicing, testing, rigging, troubleshooting, and operational checkouts of C-5M Galaxy Aircraft:
• - Nose Landing Gear and Main Landing Gear Doors, Door Locks and Stirrups, Trunnion Bearings, Drag Strut Assemblies, and Strut Assemblies
• - Tires and Brakes
• - Hydraulic Lines (Flexible and Rigid), Clamps, Brackets, Fittings, and Unions
• - Boost Pumps, Manifolds, PVA’s, Shuttle Valves, Check - Valves, Directional Valves, Snubber Valves, Electro-Hydraulic Valves, Metering Valves, Cartridges, Hydraulic Filters, Hydraulic Fuses, Sensors, Flow Regulators, and Gauges
• - Accumulators and Reservoirs
• - Gearboxes (High Speed, Low Speed, Angled), Actuators, Rotary Actuators, Hydraulic Clutch Assemblies, Hydraulic Motors, Hydraulic Brakes
• - Ram Air Turbine System
• - Crew Entry Door, Flight Deck Ladder, Troop Ladder
• - Bleed Air Ducts and Valves
• Determine when a component should be repaired or replaced outside of scheduled maintenance - submit work request and order forms for necessary parts to accomplish corrective action.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues that arise on aircraft at functional test.
• Execute corrosion control and inspection duties.
