Since being with Safety Medic I have learned the process of orientation including making badges and drug testing, traffic control, hole watch, and have shadowed with Kevin Pride and Dan Frederick learning from them not only the job but knowing the locations throughout the plant.

Helping around my brothers farm such as running farm related equipment including such machinery as skid steer, tractors, combine, semis and ran them safely and efficiently.

At Quest liner being terminal manager i managed 10 drivers as well as 4 hourly employees. I over seen the facility maintenance and upkeep, making sure employees as well as drivers were doing there job safely and efficiently, implementing safety with all employees and drivers such as making sure PPE was worn, guards in place on grinders in the mechanics shop, oxygen and acetylene was upright and secured by chain, ladders secured by chain, the safety net I implemented to cover the oil pit where the mechanics changed oil. I also checked the fire extinguishers monthly and eye wash stations weekly.
