• 2018 – GAMM Theater – Full up grade to an existing theater. New offices, extend stage, new HVAC system. Aesthetic up grades.
• 2018 - Brown University - lab upgrades within the Bio Medical Building. Multiple life science labs upgraded MEP and state of the are equipment.
• 2019-2020 – Providence Picture Frame. New offices, new HVAC system, Electrical and Plumbing upgrades.
• 2019 -2020 – 75 Fountain St – Existing parking garage fitted into 3 tenant spaces for rent. Full life safety systems installed along with required MEPs.
• 2020 – Top Golf at the Graduate Hotel – Major restaurant renovation. New electrical, new plumbing, new flooring, new paint, kitchen and bar equipment install. Top Golf simulator install.
• 2021 - Rhode Island Hospital - Laundry Bulding. New flooring, MEP, aesthetics, and life safety upgrades. Including new roof structure.
• 2022 - Brown University - multiple lab upgrades, new life safety install which included Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler at Orwig Library, life safety install of new Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler at Barus and Holley.
• 2023 - TUFTS UNIVERSITY NELSON CLASSROOM RENOVATIONS - MEDFORD, MA - 1,124 SF renovation of Nelson Auditorium. Work includes selective interior demolition, finish carpentry, gypsum wall board, new doors, frames and hardware, acoustical tile ceilings, new flooring and painting and MEP's.
• 2023 - ST. LUKE'S HOSPITAL ED RENOVATION - NEW BEDFORD, MA - The St. Luke's Hospital ED project is a 2,760 SF , three phased renovations of existing ER to relocate treatment bays and add two new trauma bays. Work included modifications of existing layout, finish upgrades, and MEP infrastructure upgrades.
• 2023 - Father Bills - Quincy MA - Take over a ground up 2 building community resource center with dorms and tenant housing. Over see install of all new MEPs, coordinate with National Grid for transformer tie in, complete all MEP final inspections and final building inspections.
