Managed and led On-Highway shop technicians from exclusively CAT equipped truck engine repairs to full service, bumper to bumper, all makes, all models truck, trailer, and diversified equipment service and repairs. Schedule and oversee service on all Macallister fleet vehicles, perform repairs on Macallister Rental trucks and trailers, and Macomb parts vehicles. Member of Macomb Contamination Control and Safety teams, attend and help lead tool box talks 3 times a week, share monthly corporate safety incident reviews with technicians. Responsible for technician development, shop safety, and cleanliness.
