In 2016 I was given a $6,000,000 goal and exceed that with loans of $10,500,000 in addition to exceeding each of my ancillary goals. In 2017 I exceed each of my goals by June 15th for the calendar year. In December of 2017 I earned the loan and deposit relationship of a large client who Reliance Bank had been pursuing for nearly 10 years.   • Built the Timber Lodge Steakhouse in Owatonna, MN.  I negotiated the land purchase, negotiated the first franchise in the Timber Lodge corporation of 23 stores, designed and built the facility, hired and trained 80 employees, and built the business to become the top performing store. 
  • Purchased a failing Taco Bell in Albert Lea, Minnesota.  Over the course of 8 years, I doubled the sales and transformed it into one of the top performing stores in the region.
  • Assisted in designing, building, and managing a Shell Station store in Albert Lea with 12 pumps, and a touchless car wash. 
  • Assisted in designing, building and managing Fountain Warehouse Liquor store in Albert Lea which is a 6,500 square foot market leading liquor store.
  • Assisted in design and building a strip mall in Albert Lea and negotiated leases with Erbert's & Gerbert's, Verizon, Papa Murphy's, and Liberty Tax service.
