Christopher Nielens

I am a developer of a SAAS program called BuswayFAST. Working on an Agile team I built BuswayFAST with a modern tech stack of Typescript, React, Redux, and Three.js. The purpose of the application is to aid electrical engineers in creating Busway systems for industrial buildings.

In addition, I also developed the LayoutFAST software tool using React, Redux, and Javascript/Typescript the purpose of this software tool is to enable energy leaders throughout the world to design electrical appliances, add the appliance to their BOM, and a user could request a price for the appliance(s).

Mentored and guided employees to proper completion of assigned duties aligned with the company mission, goals, and core values.

Implemented lean manufacturing principles to impactfully reduce cost, increase productivity, and ensure quality metrics are met.

Developed and implemented training programs for over 800 employees. These programs were used to provide adequate documentation to OSHA to ensure compliance with their policies.

Created and oversaw TWI training programs for operations.
